Friendly staff. Excellent massages. Enjoyed dinner and good service. Nice rooftop bar with splendid view. Great location near lift station. Helpful staff when unwell, provided plain pasta. Hotel facilities were excellent, including restaurant, bootroom, spa, free shuttle and bar. Fantastic breakfast with a diversity of options. Reception and rooftop staff were very good. The staff was very friendly and uncomplicated. We got a better room without having asked. The location is very central, one is very fast in the ski area or in the restaurants. The car was fetched very quickly.

+Location in the middle of the pedestrian zone (and still very quiet in the room). +room upgrade. +Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. +Selection and quality of the breakfast buffet . +View of the lake from the wellness area
- Lack of knowledge of German in the evening in the restaurant. - stairs at the entrance and to the restaurant (and no elevator); help is needed for strollers (but the staff is very helpful)

My recent stay at the hotel was exceptional. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of town and close to ski lifts and buses. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even surprising me with a birthday gift. The breakfast at Mono restaurant was delicious, and the spa and bar on the top floor offered beautiful views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for my family of four. I highly recommend Art Boutique Hotel Monopol.

Very well maintained hotel. Large, new bathroom, comfortable bed. Rooftop with a great view was ideal for relaxing!
The restaurant/breakfast room did not appeal to me. But it was still very good!

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. One evening, I arrived late and was craving a cup of coffee. The front desk receptionist kindly opened the bar just for me so I could enjoy a hot cup before the restaurant opened. The level of service was exceptional.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of town, just steps away from the ski lift and all the attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and a rooftop bar with a breathtaking view. It was the perfect base for a ski holiday in this picturesque alpine destination.
The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit small and cramped, making it a bit tricky to navigate.

Our stay at Hotel Monopol was wonderful. The Hotel pickup from the station was heaven sent. The close proximity of the hotel to the ski train was so convenient. Our original room was one of the more classical rooms and my husband and I preferred the more modern rooms. Elisa at reception accommodated our desire to move to one of the more modern rooms and booked us into one as soon as one was available. The gym facillities were great and though we did not use the spa, the option to do so was appealing. The breakfast was great and the availability of soy milk on request was very much appreciated. Without a doubt though it was Fausto at the bar who made our stay! His professionalism, kind manner and delicious cocktails will not be forgotten.

Excellent location, only a 5 minute walk from the station and right in the centre with all the shops, restaurants and bars around and just 5 minutes from the ski lift. The staff were excellent and attentive. The spa was lovely with a brilliant hot tub with a view of the church tower, lake and mountains. The perfect end to a day skiing. THe ski room was good, bed very comfy and breakfast delicious.

Nice mountain view, Hotel staffs are friendly.
Room too overprice. Toilet heater not warm enough. Noisy room as soundproof is rather bad for this hotel.
